Comprehensive Behavior & Developmental Assessment
The Comprehensive Behavior & Developmental Assessment provides an in-depth look at your child’s behavioral, developmental, and adaptive functioning to pinpoint where challenges and skill gaps may be impacting everyday life. The process includes an initial 60-minute consultation, up to two 60-minute observations, developmental skills assessment as needed, and a comprehensive review of findings to develop clinical-grade recommendations. Together, we’ll create an individualized support plan with tailored strategies, resources, and next steps specific to your child and family. You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of your child’s strengths and needs, a roadmap for meaningful progress, and practical recommendations you can confidently bring into daily life or share with your child’s broader care and educational team.Â

Assessments are provided in select locations within Western Nevada County, CA. Schedule your initial consultation using the booking links below. Subsequent observations and appointments will be scheduled together. Inquiries outside of this region will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
In-Person Private Coaching Sessions
The level of support you never knew was possible. Our in-person coaching sessions are hands-on, personalized support designed in your home or commnity to help you confidently put behavior strategies into practice in your everyday routines. Each session may include education, Behavior Skills Training, modeling, guided practice, observation, troubleshooting, and collaborative problem-solving based on your child’s unique needs and your family’s goals.

Every package begins with an initial 60-minute consultation and goal-setting session. You may choose the Foundation Package, which includes two 90-minute coaching sessions, or the Momentum Package, which includes four 90-minute coaching sessions. You’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of your child’s behavior, what motivates them, practical strategies you can use right away, greater confidence responding to challenges, techniques for teaching new skills, and a personalized plan for creating more connection, cooperation, and meaningful progress at home and in the community.

Virtual Consults
Virtual consultations provide personalized, expert guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help you better understand your child’s behavior, identify what may be driving challenges, determine current skill levels, and create practical, compassionate strategies that fit your family’s values, routines, and goals. Together, we’ll focus on meaningful changes that strengthen connection, confidence, and everyday life. Virtual consults can be provided at any time, from any location, and any time you're needing that extra level of support.Â

How To Book
Booking links will bring you to the Client Portal. Click "Book Appointments", then select your location and your service. Register your Zanda account to securely check out. Log in to manage appointments .

Complete Intake
You will receive an email with instructions on completing your initial intake forms and next steps. Forms must be completed 12 hours before your first appointment so they can be reviewed.

Join The Meeting
Log in to your Zanda account, select "My Appointments", and join the meeting with the secure link at your scheduled time. Get in early to ensure there are no delays. Subsequent sessions will be scheduled together.
