Together, we'll go beneath the surface to build practical strategies, navigate challenging behaviors, support your child's development, and prepare them for success at home, school, and beyond. Through warm, collaborative guidance tailored to your family's unique needs, you'll gain the confidence, skills, and support to create calmer days, deeper connection, and more quality time together.

Virtual Consultation
Practical guidance and deep discussion grounded in compassion and behavior science. Get to the root of challenges with clear, tailored recommendations for your specific needs. Ideal for caregivers and educators seeking guidance on a specific concern or exploring whether ongoing coaching is the right fit.
Private Coaching
Hands-on coaching and support in your own home. Together, we'll build strength-based connection, create learning opportunities through play, and directly apply proactive and responsive strategies to minimize challenges and maximize success. Session packages include an Initial Consult & Goal Setting session and two or four 90-minute sessions.
Comprehensive Behavior & Development Assessment
A clinical-grade analysis to identify exactly what your child needs to flourish. Assessments include Initial Consultation, in-person observation(s), developmental assessments as needed, and a comprehensive analysis report with a list of recommendations. Together, we'll create an individualized support plan as unique as your child's personality.
Deep Dive Journey

Learn the Conscious Attunement Method in a potent, 12-week journey of growth and empowerment. In this hand-on container, you'll learn the foundations of behavior, receive personalized in-home coaching on applying practical strategies for long lasting impact, and gain the tools and confidence to work through any challenge like a Behavior Analyst. A lifechanging new lens on parenting and building connection.

Hi, I'm Grace Oliveira from Grass Valley, CA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Behavior Artist, and founder of Butterfly Behavior and Inclusion Consulting. For over 13 years, I've walked in deep devotion to serving children and families on a journey of navigating life with Autism through evidence-based, relationship-centered guidance. My passion is helping families better understand their child's unique way of learning while building practical skills that foster communication, confidence, and meaningful connection. I believe every family deserves compassionate guidance that honors their values, celebrates neurodiversity, and empowers them to create lasting, positive change - because every mind belongs.
